Shipping, Returns & Payments

UK delivery, returns, and payment information

Shipping

For 50 ml bottles, orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Shipping is included in the price.

For 2 ml samples, orders are sent by Royal Mail 48. Shipping is chargeable at checkout.

These services have been chosen for their tracking, reliability, and care in transit. I do intend to offer more couriers in future.

Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. This is because each parcel is packed carefully and a collection may need to be arranged.

Please ensure that you provide the correct address for your parcel, as I am unable to send it to any other address aside from the one you have provided.

International Shipping

I do not currently offer international shipping. This is for reasons of logistics and cost.

Alcoholic perfume sent abroad requires Hazmat shipping, which is very expensive and not viable at small volumes.

EU shipping would require that I nominate someone physically based in the EU to handle the compliance for each perfume.

For the time being, I can therefore only ship to England, Scotland, and Wales.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your perfume, so if you are unsure whether a scent is for you, I strongly recommend ordering a 2 ml sample first.

The cost of your sample can be deducted from the cost of a full bottle through the sample programme.

If you change your mind, you can return an unused product in its original condition for a refund. Please contact me first and I will provide return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of perfume that has been used, opened, unsealed, or is no longer in its original condition, unless the item is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

I will put it right as quickly as I can.

Payment & Fraud Checks

For the time being, orders may be reviewed manually before they are accepted. This means it may take a little longer for you to receive your order confirmation.

This is a precaution to protect a small independent business from fraudulent transactions and chargebacks.

If Shopify flags a payment as high risk, I may decline the order. If this happens, please be assured it is not personal.
