What Information Do I Collect?

When you buy something

To send you your fragrance, I need some basic details:

Your name — so I know who to send it to
Your address — so your perfume arrives at the right place
Your email — to send you order updates and tracking info
Your phone — in case the delivery driver needs to contact you

Website analytics

Like most websites, I use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It tracks which pages you visit, how long you browse, what device you're using, and roughly where you're located — city level, not your actual address.

Who Do I Share Your Information With?

Only the companies that help me run the business, and only what they need to do their job.

Shopify — handles payments and checkout securely

Royal Mail / DPD — delivers your perfume to you

Google Analytics — helps me understand how to improve the website

Email provider — sends order updates and newsletters (if you want them)

I will never sell your personal information to marketing companies or data brokers. That's not what this business is about.

How Do I Keep Your Information Safe?

Your payment details are never stored on my servers. Shopify handles all payments with bank-level security, so I never see your card details.
All website traffic is encrypted with 256-bit SSL (look for the padlock in your browser).
Your data stays in the UK/EU with trusted, GDPR-compliant service providers.

Your Rights

This is your data, and you're in control. Here's what you can ask me to do:

See what I have — I'll send you everything I hold about you

Fix mistakes — If something's wrong, I'll correct it

Delete everything — I'll remove all your data, except what I'm legally required to keep for tax purposes

Stop emails — Unsubscribe anytime, no questions asked

Website analytics:26 months, then automatically deleted by Google
